Founder and owner Gordon Haldeman, MS, PT, has lived in Freeport for 28 years and enjoys being part of the Freeport community. With 35 years of experience in physical therapy, Gordon specializes in hands-on treatment and exercise prescription for all manner of musculoskeletal and neurological problems. Dr. Kressbach specializes in the treatment of women’s health, chronic pain and headaches, upper and lower extremity injuries, and running and sports related injuries. She utilizes a holistic approach including manual therapy, progressive exercises, and dry needling. With advanced training in pelvic floor therapy, her specialty in women's health includes the treatment of conditions affecting pregnant and postpartum women, such as: pain in pregnancy/postpartum (hip, back, etc.), labor and birth prep, cesarean scar manual therapy and rehabilitation, general postpartum rehabilitation, urinary incontinence, tailored exercise prescription during pregnancy, return to exercise/sport postpartum, and diastasis rectus abdominis rehabilitation. We are located at 174 South Freeport Rd., Suite 2-C, in the Town of Freeport.
From the north take Exit 20 off of 295 for Freeport, follow Route One south for about 1 mile, take a left on South Freeport Rd. go about 150 yards, and take a left into our driveway. We are in the building on the right around the back. From the south take Exit 17 off of 295 for Yarmouth/Freeport, take a right and follow Route One north for about 1.5 miles to South Freeport Rd. and take a right.
